Default configuration

Gurus,

Is there an easy way to set up a default configuration (panel, apps, 
etc.) for all the users on a machine using xfce.  I have decided to 
change my two home computers over to it.  The computers have a shared 
home directory to people can log into either computer and still get 
their data.

Thanks for maintaining xfce - I really like it.
