Non-auto hiding panel fixed!

   Woo-ha! I accidently fixed the panel. I changed the panel size from "tiny"
to "small" to make it a bit more visible for my high-milage eyes. Just for
giggles I clicked on the "set" button widget for panel centering. Poof! The
panel dropped out of sight.

   I suppose I may have re-set 'center bottom' but never clicked on the 'set'
button. Whew!
