"Send to all workspaces" is not in "Sent to..." [in 4.0.6 at least]. Is in xfce CVS?

Hi,

I only want to note that in xfce 4.0.6 there is no "sent to all workspaces" in 
"sent to..." item (in title bar menu), but for the other hand we could send 
to all workspaces with ALT+10. So perhaps it's good to have it in title bar. 
Perhaps it's in xfce 4.2. Is it true?
