Missing icons on the settings dialog's buttons.

It seems that they are the same icons which cease appearing when png
icons are preferred. The current xfce-icontheme does not support icons
other than svg very well.

I am already testing xfce4-modules/mime-icons (beta2) with new core code
which optimizes the details I had previously mentioned.
