Missing icons on the settings dialog's buttons.

| Only 6 buttons have Icons: Sound, Splash Screen, Workspace, Panel, File
| manager and Window manager. The others are blank.
I posted about this a while back and never did get it resolved. I
compiled and created a Slackware package from the beta1 source tarball a
box that did not have any of the gnome libraries installed. Xfce works
fine so far but I am missing the same icons. I installed all of the
components in the beta1 source package so I'm sure that I'm not missing
anything. I tried installing the librsvg package on this machine with
no change. I installed the same package on one of my machines at work
which did have gnome installed and all of the icons were visible in the
Settings Manager.
