Missing icons on the settings dialog's buttons.

Only 6 buttons have Icons: Sound, Splash Screen, Workspace, Panel, File 
manager and Window manager. The others are blank.

I did install the xfce4-icon-theme.

Does compilation order matter ? I only took care of :
gtk-xfce-engine,
libxfce4util
libxfce4gui
libxfce4cms
xfce-mcs-manager
dbh
xfce-mcs-plugins.

The rest are not in special order.
