No taskbar, no lil star iconbox

IIRC, mandrake hacks our startup scripts so it doesn't load xftaskbar4 by
default. you can re-add it using info at the link jasper mentioned. or,
you can create ~/Desktop/Autostart (it probably doesn't exist) and put
symlinks for apps you want to start.
