xfdesktop root menu and etc

you can pop up the menu by running "xfdesktop -menu" (4.1.90 or CVS 
only).  you can bind this to a key using the xfwm4 shortcut editor.  
there's an Xfce Menu plugin for the panel, again, 4.1.90 or CVS only.
