xfce4.2 for root

The result is completely empty panel and taskbar with no
xfdesktop:
> xfdesktop: Could not locate a menu definition file
> Segmentation fault

xfwm4 and taskbar are working, I can add items to the
empty panel, can use xfce4-iconbox.

Also I see the same behavior for the new user, created after
xfce installation.

I'll try to "manually" compile xfce from sources.
