Different beahvior when upgrading from Mandrake 10.0 -> 10.1

Alexandre,

Open the settings manager (for example right click on free area in the 
desktop) and select workspace margins. Ther you should see the margin 
setting, which probably explain why your full size window is not going 
to the bottom.

The menu thing is unknown to me. Never seen or heard about that.
