GKrellM and startup

I do not know why it is doing such.

2 work-around fixes.

1)Open gkrellm configuration
  the bottom panel/portion of panel now magically appears.
  This must be done each time gkrellm is started.
2)In gkrellm configuration/properties set it to "Use window manager
  decorations".
  I hate the added borders but with this fix restoration of the full
  panel is permanent.
