Please, change that "xfce4 hasn't development framework..." in "Desktops" section

Hi,

I see in http://freedesktop.org/Main/Desktops  that you put xfce4 into 
desktops whithout development framework. But according to the xfce4 webpage 
(xfce.org in about section), xfce4 has it. So perhaps it's a web bug (?).

Please, contact to developers of xfce to clarify it.
