Hello all,

So that I keep my XFCE 4.06 install, I have attempted to install 4.2
BETA 2 to my home directory on SuSE 9.1 The installer failed to build to
my ~/xfce-4.2BETA2.

Here is the error log:

gcc: /opt/gnome/lib/libgobject-2.0.so: No such file or directory
gcc: /opt/gnome/lib/libglib-2.0.so: No such file or directory
gmake[2]: *** [libxfce4util.la] Error 1
gmake[2]: Leaving directory
`/tmp/xfce4-4.2BETA2-installer/libxfce4util/libxfce4util'
gmake[1]: *** [all-recursive] Error 1
gmake[1]: Leaving directory `/tmp/xfce4-4.2BETA2-installer/libxfce4util'
gmake: *** [all] Error 2
!! Failed to build libxfce4util, see the errors above
!! for details on the problem.

I have both /opt/gnome/lib/libgobject-2.0.so and
/opt/gnome/lib/libglib-2.0.so which point to
/opt/gnome/lib/libgobject*.la and /opt/gnome/lib/libglib*.la

Any ideas on how to correct?
