Command won't execute in launcher

This is a command that is not supposed to return immediately.  It's the 
Cisco VPN client.  You run it in a terminal window and it stays there 
until you ^C it.  Using xterm -e makes it all work.

Should I file a bug - I'd be glad to do so but it it's not a problem with 
xfce I don't want to clutter the bug database up.
