None of those are 'normal' windows with window decorations.
Non-decorated windows are usually panels or docks and are not managed by
the wm at all. They normally provide their own way to move them.

In fact margins are useful mostly to make sure that special windows like
the above-mentioned remain visible or won't cover the window when they
are set to be always on top.
