Why not making XFrun a daemon?

I'd be reluctant to have anything running I wouldn't want, but I could
always just not hit Alt+F2 in the first place.  If it wouldn't start up
until the first time it was invoked, I would grant that this is a good
idea.

That said, mine takes less than a second to show up.  Maybe you just
need a new computer. ;)
