Just downloaded the source and built the updated Weather Update plugin
(Ver 0.3.0). A very nice upgrade too as described by David A. De Graaf
below. In addition there is now now a help screen that describes how to
obtain the location code that you can get from a button on the
properties dialog .
No problems with lockups. (I'm also running a 32 bit Athalon...)
The homepage says that it is now hosted on xfce-goodies.berlios.de but I
couldn't find it there. The home page is at
http://www.atreidis.nl.eu.org/weatherplugin/
Thanks to author Bob Schlärmann for the upgrade.
