Gentlemen,
If you are using 4.0 branch, can you try with this version:
http://www.xfce.org/archive/test/xfwm4-4.0.6-cvs.tar.gz
or if you've made the switch to the bleeding edge CVS HEAD:
http://www.xfce.org/archive/test/xfwm4-4.1.4-cvs.tar.gz
(or just checkout from CVS)
