lil iconbox

Hi, I recently installed xfce4 on an older laptop and
really like it. By default it has the taskbar at the
top of the window, which I like. It also runs the lil
iconbox in the lower right of the window. Since the
taskbar and the iconbox do essentially the same thing,
I was hoping to remove the iconbox. 

I copied over the .xinitrc script to my ~/.xfce4
directory. I opened it but did not see an entry for
the iconbox. Is there another way to keep this from
loading at startup? Thanks for your help.
