rpm for MenuMaker 0.17

	I made an rpm for MenuMaker, the nice little tool that will make menus
for your desktop environment out of installed apps, and made it
available at ftp://ftp.webtrek.com/pub/rpms (along with some other stuff
I've found useful over time).  It was built on FC2 but should work on
any system that's got python 2 installed.
