Panel in xfce

Hello,
on usenet, in fr.comp.os.linux.debats, someone using FWM showed his desktop:

I know if I want to have the same, i should use it.
But is something like that possible with XFCE4x ?

I mean (semi-)transparency of the panel and the menu ...

Or do you thing it's no worth to try do inplement it ? :-)
