[SOLVED] Backdrop Settings Manager is not working

i found now the error and all is working fine.
The problem was, i installed i think 2 years ago xfce from source
(there where no debian packages avaiable), these packages are
installed on /usr/local.

Than debian packages are avaiable, so i installed this one, but i
missed to remove the old files.

After removing all files from /usr/local, the backdrop-settings is
working fine.
