Theme location has changed:

/usr/share/xfwm4/themes/name becomes /usr/share/themes/name/xfwm4

and

$HOME/.themes/xfwm4/name becomes $HOME/.themes/name/xfwm4

You need to either rename your folders or use symlinks if you plan to
use both xfwm4 4.0. and 4.2 alternatively.
