quotation marks in menu.xml

I am creating a custom menu for my xfce4 desktop.

The command line I want to run is:

/apps/citrix/wfica -desc "Citrix Unix"

When I put this in my menu.xml, the quotation marks
must be confusing the menu parser. I tried escaping
them with "\" but that didn't work. I looked up
some XML escaping info and then tried &quot instead
of " but that didn't work either.

Is there any way to pass a quotation mark in a command
line entry in menu.xml?
