Mime-types

The thought occured to me to create a simple app to
allow that one time mime settings.

It would, have a seleciton of file types, and then a
selection of "standard" applications (all in combo
boxes, or perhaps a list for clarity) along with some
entry boxes for using a non-"standard" apps. 

It may only be used once by a user, but it could save
time in the end.

Any thoughts?
