Problem changing ownership in Xffm

Hi everybody:

	I have installed Xfce 4.0.3 and found that I can't change the
owner/group of my files in Xffm (I can chmod on them without problems).
The owner and group combos in the properties dialog are greyed out.
However, it works by selecting several files instead of one or by
invoking Xffm as root. May it be a bug in Xffm or something is wrong
with my system? Does anybody have the same problem?
