xmodmap for extra keys

Mark,

startxfce4 (and thus the gdm scripts) use $HOME/.xfce4/xinitrc

Copy /etc/xfce4/xinitrc as an example - Oddly enough, the one we provide
uses that :

test -f $HOME/.Xmodmap && xmodmap $HOME/.Xmodmap
