mail check

Hi!

I'm using gentoo and have installes xfce4 besides gnome and kde.

I'd like to get the mail check show when I get new pop3 mails when
running xfce4. Can't figure it out, though.

I'm asked to enter a mail command in the second box when launching 
Preferences in Mail check. What kind of a command should I put in there?

I have Inbox monitor in gnome and Korn in kde, but they are a bit more
verbose than Mail check in xfce4. Google just drives me crazy and the
xfce main page doesn't mention anything about this matter.

Any help would be much appreciated.
