2 issues with xfce-session

Hello,
first my Question regarding the default.session, is there a way to have
a User-Specific default.session, and it's not existent, then use the
system-default.
I want to use Fluxbox as my WM, but want not the whole system to do
that.

Second, in the current CVS-Version it seems that he didn't start the
Autostart-Folder, so i had to copy the Autostart-Part of the
xinitrc-script before executing the xfce-session.
