exit dialog

Another question concerning this matter, I'm using Gentoo and I
"emerged" XFCE 4.2 RC2... when I hit the exit button, my X just closes
and goes back to the shell... Why there are no "halt" and "reboot"
options? I should have compiled RC2 from source and include in it some
sort of "configure --enable halt button"? :p

Anyone can help me too?

Thanx, Romeu
