Hi Romeu,
I have a line in my ~/.Xdefaults
Xcursor*theme: redglass
wich works fine for me. Also you can add such a row
in $XFCEHOME/etc/xfce4/xinitrc.
I don't know what distribution you work with, in my
ArchLinux box there is no /usr/share/cursors/xorg directory,
but any theme installed in /usr/X11R6/lib/X11/icons is
available and works for me.
