lock window in workspace

This is not an Xfce issue.
It is dependent upon how you have your email client configured.

The correct syntax used my vary between clients but now you are most
likely using "<browser> -newwindow '%s'" to open links.

If you wish for the link to be opened in a currently running instance of
your browser you should use "<browser> '%s'"
