xfce version 3 vs. 4 : missing features?

How can I display the (in)famous 'xeyes' X11-application in a decent way?
No, no, not the one that I can add in the panel, but the one I get when
I type 'xeyes' in an xterminal.

Xfce-4 won't allow me to strip the window's decorations around the eyes.
As a simple user, unaware of whatever standards in WM world, I do not
understand this new Xfce-policy.
