HOWTO? xfce3 -> xfce4

Well, everybody, keep it easy. As I said, I was expecting such
misunderstanding and complaints about version 4.0
Bob, If Xfce3 works well, and suits your need, there is no hurry to
switch to Xfce4. Maybe later versions will fit better in your
expectations.
Most people do prefer Xfce4, however, and all the job is being do on
this new version. Unless you find a major security hole in version,
there is no further update planned.
