HOWTO? xfce3 -> xfce4

I got some help from Biju 'botsie' Chacko.
Now i know:
Q: Different background color for workspaces?
A: Not possible for now. We may do it in a later release.

Q: Default icons for most common apps
A: This feature is incompatible with freedesktop.org standards. We will
    not be adding it. According to the standards, individuall apps have
    to set their own icon. If they do not, please file a bug report with
    the specific application.

Q: I like to define my own menu.
A: Edit .xfce4/menu.xml. If you do not have one copy it from
    etc/xfce4/menu.xml

It's not adding my menu, it is modifying existing menu bound to MB3.

Please will someone please explain:

where is the documenation for the keythemerc and other .xml config files?

howto bind menu to MB1
howto change menu bound to MB2
howto bind custom menu to MB3
howto bind "__builtin_root_menu__" to MB1
HOWTO to bind anything to (shift,alt) MBx ????????????????

where is the documentation about builtins?

I love xfce3. I like panel in xfce4, easy to configure.
But i start to hate xfce4. Should i switch to fvwm?
