Sylpheed-claws issue

Dorry to divert attention from the taskbar thread but I have an issue.
When I open sylpheed-claws, the top of the window is off the desktop so
far that I can't see the top of the window to close it.  My pointer,
however, stops at the top of the desktop as it should.  Is this a wm or
sylpheed problem?  Thanks.
