Shahar,
I did it manually, you have much more control. Here is a snippet:
edit: /etc/xfce4/menu.xml (in my case anyway)
<separator/>
<menu name="Redhat Menu" visible="yes">
<app name="Date Config" cmd="redhat-config-date"/>
<app name="Display" cmd="redhat-config-xfree86"/>
<app name="Network" cmd="redhat-config-network"/>
<app name="Red Carpet" cmd="red-carpet"/>
<app name="Root Password" cmd="redhat-config-rootpassword"/>
<app name="Security Level" cmd="redhat-config-security"/>
<app name="Services" cmd="redhat-config-services"/>
<app name="Soundcard" cmd="redhat-config-soundcard"/>
<app name="Time" cmd="redhat-config-time"/>
<app name="Users" cmd="redhat-config-users"/>
</menu>
<separator/>
<menu name="Gnome Menu" visible="yes">
<app name="Font Properties" cmd="gnome-font-properties"/>
<app name="Gnome HTML Editor" cmd="gnome-gtkhtml-editor-1.1"/>
<app name="System Monitor" cmd="gnome-system-monitor"/>
</menu>
<separator/>
<menu name="Office" visible="yes">
<app name="Office" cmd="ooffice"/>
<app name="Spreadsheet" cmd="oocalc"/>
<app name="Math" cmd="oomath"/>
<app name="Draw" cmd="oodraw"/>
<app name="Presentation" cmd="ooimpress"/>
<app name="Word Proc" cmd="oowriter"/>
<app name="Print Admin" cmd="oopadmin"/>
<app name="Gimp" cmd="gimp"/>
</menu>
