Importing the RedHat 9 menu into XFce

Hello, I was wondering if there's some sort of script available to import the RH9 menu found in GNOME/KDE to XFce's right-click menu, or shall I do it manually?

Also, a question about this mailing list, when I click reply on a message the reply address it of the one who posted the message, and not of the xfce list. If I use the reply button to answer, will the rest get the reply as well?
