TVtime and Xfce

TVtime is a very cool TV viewing app, see http://tvtime.sf.net

Whenever I close a TVtime window by hitting "q" when the window is 
active, everything is OK.  If I close the window by clicking the Close 
button on the window, the window goes away, but the sound is still 
going.  I have to kill TVtime from the console, or restart TVtime and 
close it with a "q".

This doesn't happen with any other window manager that I've tried, 
including fluxbox, KDE, and Gnome.  They all close TVtime completely 
when closing the window.  This leads me to believe it's an Xfce problem.

So far that's my only problem with Xfce.  Otherwise I love it.  Any 
suggestions?
