xfce4 r3.99.3 and default browswer

Hi all,
   I just updated to rc3 and I'm having problems with the default browswer.
I use evolution as my mailer and Opera as my browswer. I have the
following in my .gnome/Gnome file

[Login]
RunHints=false

[URL Handlers]
info-show=nautilus "%s"
man-show=nautilus "%s"
ghelp-show=galeon "%s"
ftp-show=galeon "%s"
default-show=opera -newpage "%s"

This used to work for rc-2, so that when I clicked on a link in evolution, 
if opera
was up and running a new tab was opened, and if it wasn't running it would 
open opera.
Now, with rc-3 when I click on a link, no matter if it's help or not I get 
mozilla.

Can anyone help with this?
