Autohide quit working

Have you been playing with themes recently? I had the same type of
probem after changing themes that would actually place the panel just a
few pixels above the absolute bottom of the screen. I had to go to the
XFCE Panel settings and click the "Set" button to re-position the panel
to the bottom of the screen. I also set the workspace margins to leave 3
pixels at the bottom of the screen so no apps would hide the hidden
panel. ;)
