Devilspie Configuration Help

Hi,
I want to have an Aterm open without window decoration and not in the
taskbar, as in xfce is not possible to do that I installed devilspie and
now I don't know how to configure it.  Can somebody help in how to
configure devilspie or send me your configuration file, because I didn't
understand the sample configuration that came with it.
PS Sorry for my language but English its not my native language.
