If you notice, the icon for My.Wedding.avi is the same as for
My_Wedding.avi. The problem you describe arises with double-click and
popup menu, but not with the icon setting.

Now that we are aware of the problem, it will be fixed (hopefully in the
4_0 branch once the CVS suspend mode is lifted. You might want to look
at the code. The correct file determination is in libs/icons.c, while
the buggy code is in libs/run.c.
