xfce4 gtkspinbutton error

I still have no clue why this is happening, but apparently for some
people the config file gets corrupted.

The solution (if in fact this is the same problem) is to remove
~/.xfce4/xfce4rc or copy the system config file there
(/usr/local/etc/xfce4/xfce4rc).

Alternatively, you can download this tarball:

http://members.home.nl/xfce4/files/xfce4-panel-4.0.0.1.tar.gz

This fixes the crash, but not the config file corruption, so the panel
will be empty unless you remove the ~/.xfce4/xfce4rc.
