Panel Crash and System Tray Bug in XFce4 Final

Hi,

This bug was in all version < 4.0.0 but is fixed in 4.0.0

If you experience this, it means you have your apps linked agains
libxfcegui4 from RC4 - Remove all previous instances if libxfcegui4 and
rebuild+reinstall everything
