I had this one too, i just "followed" the chain : i apt-get-ed all
missing packages one by one, apt-get telling me that a given package
needs another, and then apt-getting the needed one, and so on...

Well, i didn't have this one... try removing libxfce4util, and
reinstall it after that apt-get, to see
