Change in CVS layout: moved xfce4/xfce4 to xfce4/xfce4-panel

Hello all, 

I should have done this immediately when we moved to the new CVS
repository, but now I finally renamed the panel module from xfce4 to
xfce4-panel.

If you use cvs you will notice that it will checkout the new directory
and complain about the unknown xfce4 module. You can simply remove the
latter.

It should not cause any problems, but let me know if it does.
