Focus problems using xfwm4

Hmm. The only place it happens with complete reproducibility here is in
CrossoverOffice - every time without fail. The other apps have only shown
this behaviour occasionally and I don't know how to reproduce it there.

If no one else ever sees this, perhaps there's something odd about my
system. Still, it's annoying  :-(
