Key-ShortCut for jumping to workspace

Hi,

I´m using Xfce 4.0.0 with 8 workspaces. From Gnome I´m used to use a
Keyboard-ShortCut to jump to the workspaces. No I´d like to know, if
there is a possibility to use something like that in Xfce?
