Accessing floppy & cdrom?

Just installed Morphix light-gui on an old laptop - very impressed with 
XFCE4 (btw, how do you pronounce 'xfce'??) - elegant, fast and nicely 
clutter free.

However, surprised at how tricky it was to access my fdd & cdrom - is 
there an easy way to do this via the gui / file manager?

(I know how to mkdir & mount /dev/fd0 etc, then access the files via a 
terminal, but wondered if there was an easier way built in??)
